Nepal SBI Bank Limited (SBI) Proposes 5.31% Dividend for FY 2077/78

Nepal SBI Bank Limited (SBI) has proposed a 5.31% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78.

The meeting of the board of directors held on Mangsir decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 9.49 Arba. 3.50% bonus shares and 1.81% cash dividends (including cash for tax purposes) have been proposed.

The dividend will be distributed only after approval by the central bank and endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM.

As of writing, SBI has an LTP of Rs 352.30.
