Nepal SBI Bank AGM today to approve 20 % dividend

Nepal SBI Bank is holding its Annual General Meeting today, which among other things, will approve 7.5 percent cash dividend and 12.5 percent bonus shares to the shareholders from the net profit it posted in the last fiscal year of 269/70.
Nepal SBI is organizing its AGM at the Tribhuwan Army Officers’ Club at Bhadrakali.
The commercial bank’s net profit had surged by 60.69 percent to Rs 77.1 crore in the last fiscal year.
The AGM scheduled at the Tribhuwan Army Officers’ Club will also appoint auditors for the current fiscal year.
The bank, which opened more than 70 thousand new saving accounts in the last fiscal year, has Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) of 12.39 percent.
