Nepal SBI Bank 23rd AGM approves 28% bonus share

Nepal SBI Bank Limited has successfully convened its 23rd Annual General Meeting today at Tribhuvan Army Officers' Club, Bhadrakali, Kathmandu.
The meeting resolved to approve distribution of 28.00% bonus share and 1.53% cash dividend to its shareholders. In addition, the AGM approved the directors report, profit and loss appropriation account along with annual financial statements for FY 2072/73.
During the year the Bank has been able to record an operating profit of Rs.241.61 Crore and net profit of Rs.133.19 Crore.
