Nepal Republic Media To Issue IPO Worth Rs 43.53 Crores Soon; First Media Sector to Issue IPO to General Public

The IPO proposal for general public of Nepal Republic Media Limited is in SEBON's pipeline.

The company has submitted a proposal to the capital market regulator to issue a total of 43,53,000 shares. This will raise Rs. 43.53 crores for the company.

The application was submitted on Kartik 02. Mega Capital Markets Limited has been appointed the issue manager for the public offering.

Nepal Republic Media Pvt. Ltd., the publication house of Nagarik Nepali daily, Republica English daily and Shukrabar weekly is the first media sector to issue IPO to general public.
