Nepal Reinsurance Company Limited has published a notice regarding the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company.
The 242nd BOD held on 9th Jestha, 2076 has decided that the 4th AGM of the company will be held on Jestha 31, 2076 (14th June, 2019) at Hotel Himalaya, Pulchowk from 5 PM onwards.
The main agenda of the meeting is to endorse the audited annual report of fiscal year 74/75 and appointment of statutory auditor for the current year 75/76.
