Nepal Reinsurance Company Limited (NRIC) has proposed a 5% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79.
The 453rd meeting of the board of directors held on Baisakh 17 has decided to distribute 4.75% bonus shares and 0.25% cash dividend (for tax purposes) from the paid-up capital. The current paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 12,23,25,00,000.
The proposed dividend is subject to approval from the Government of Nepal, the Nepal Insurance Authority, and its AGM.
As of writing, the company has an LTP of Rs. 719.
