Nepal Reinsurance Company (NRIC) Proposes 5.2632% Dividend; How Much in Bonus Shares and Cash?

Nepal Reinsurance Company Limited (NRIC) has proposed a 5.2632% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78. This is the company's second dividend after being listed in NEPSE. 

The meeting of the board of directors held on Ashad 05 has decided to distribute a 5% bonus shares and 0.2632% cash dividend (tax purpose) for the fiscal year 2077/78.

The proposed dividend is subject to approval from the Government of Nepal, regulator Beema Samiti and its AGM.

As of writing, the company has an LTP of Rs. 744.

The company has proposed 16.5% bonus shares and 3.5% cash dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77.
