Nepal Reinsurance Company Distributed 4.75% Bonus Shares Directly To Shareholders' DEMAT Account

Nepal Reinsurance Company Limited has distributed a 4.75% bonus share directly to the demat account of its shareholders.
The company convened its 18th AGM on 15th Ashad and endorsed a 5% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79. The 453rd meeting of the board of directors held on Baisakh 17 decided to distribute 4.75% bonus shares and 0.25% cash dividend (for tax purposes) from the paid-up capital of Rs. 12,23,25,00,000.
Also, the company has urged the shareholders to dematerialize their shares, also, if they haven't updated their bank information in the Demat account are requested to do so in order to receive the bonus share.
Note that the bonus shares are already listed in NEPSE.
