Nepal Records Over 116,000 Foreign Tourists in November 2025, India Leads Arrivals
Nepal welcomed a total of 116,553 foreign tourists in November 2025, showing an increase in tourist arrivals compared to previous months, according to data released today by the Nepal Tourism Board (NTB).
The highest number of visitors came from India, with 18,995 arrivals, followed by 11,254 from the United States, 7,871 from China, 7,189 from the United Kingdom, 5,653 from Bangladesh, 5,393 from Australia, 4,831 from Sri Lanka, 4,484 from Myanmar, 4,211 from France, and 4,134 from Germany.
Region-wise, 30,870 tourists arrived from South Asian countries, 28,613 from other Asian nations, 13,678 from America, 5,891 from Europe, 1,802 from the Middle East, 412 from Africa, and 6,269 from different regions.
From January to November 2025, over 1,060,269 tourists visited Nepal. In comparison, 128,443 tourists had entered the country in October this year.
The increasing number of foreign arrivals reflects Nepal’s growing appeal as a preferred tourism destination and the country’s recovery in international tourism.
