Nepal Oil Corporation Announces Price Increase for Petroleum Products

The Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC) has declared a revision in the prices of petrol, diesel, and kerosene, with each experiencing an upward adjustment of three rupees per litre. The amended rates are scheduled to come into effect from last midnight, as announced in a press release issued by the NOC.

This decision by the NOC follows the recent escalation in the prices of petroleum products, as communicated by the Indian Oil Corporation. Consequently, the NOC has deemed it necessary to reflect these changes in the local market.

According to the updated price structure, petrol will be retailed at Rs 178 per litre, while diesel and kerosene will be priced at Rs 161 per litre.
