Nepal Lube Oil Limited’s AGM today to endorse 40% dividend

Nepal Lube Oil Limited is holding its 22nd Annual General Meeting today.
The AGM being held at Yak palace in Pulchowk, Lalitpur will endorse 20 percent bonus shares and 20 percent cash dividend to its shareholders from the net profit the company posted in the last fiscal year 2069/70.
The annual event will also see the election of public directors to the company’s Board of Directors.
Appointment of the auditor for the current fiscal year and endorsement of the financial highlights of the last fiscal are the other major decisions the AGM will take.
