Nepal Lube Oil Limited starts distributing 20% bonus share certificates

Nepal Lube Oil Limited is distributing 20 percent bonus share certificates to its shareholders from today.
The certificates can be collected from the corporate office of the company at Chaudhary Tower, Jhamsikhel in Lalitpur.
Nepal Lube Oil Limited’s 22nd Annual General Meeting held on February 21 had endorsed endorse 20 percent bonus shares and 20 percent cash dividend to its shareholders from the net profit the company posted in the last fiscal year 2069/70.
