Nepal Lube Oil Limited Proposes 15% Bonus Shares and 6.05264% Cash Dividend; Calls AGM on Ashwin 19

Nepal Lube Oil Limited (NLO) proposes a 21.05264%% dividend for FY 2081/82 and has called the 35th AGM on Ashwin 19, 2083.

The 391st meeting of the board of directors held on Bhadra 27 has proposed a 21.05264% dividend for the fiscal year 2081/82. 15% bonus shares and 6.05264% and cash dividends worth Rs. have been proposed. The company's existing paid-up capital is Rs. 7.29 Crores.

The proposed dividend is subject to approval from the company’s upcoming 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM) and other applicable regulatory requirements.

The AGM has been scheduled for Ashwin 19, 2083 at 11:30 am at The Plaza, Pulchowk, Lalitpur.

The meeting will also discuss and approve the company’s financial statements for FY 2082/83, the annual report, auditor’s report, and consolidated financial statements of its subsidiaries, NLOL Energy Ltd. and NLOL Synergy Ltd.

The AGM will further seek approval for the company’s proposed 1:2 rights share issue, which has been submitted to the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) for approval. Following the bonus and rights share issues, the company plans to increase its authorized, issued, and paid-up capital.

The book closure date is on Ashwin 05. Therefore, the shareholders who were maintained before that day are entitled can attend this AGM.
