KATHMANDU:
Nepal Life Insurance Co, for the first time in the history of the life insurance sector in Nepal, reimbursed an insurance claim within four hours of the death certification. Sakun Devi, widow of Rashdev Sah Sonar, received the payment from department chief Kamal Panthi. Sah, who was working in Qatar, was diagnosed with cancer and died in Nepal while undergoing treatment.
