Nepal Life Insurance Company (NLIC), the most reliable life insurance company of Nepal, has provided checking board to the traffic police. On Magh 10, 2080, during a special ceremony held at the Kathmandu Valley Traffic Police Office, Ramshahpath, the Chief Executive Officer of this company, Praveen Raman Parajuli, handed over 190 checking boards worth about Rs. 18 lakh.
The CEO, Praveen Raman Parajuli, announced the provision of traffic checking boards under the company's Institutional Social Responsibility Program to enhance the systematic and safe monitoring by traffic police in various Kathmandu Valley locations. The company commits to using and maintaining these boards for the next five years. Deputy Inspector General of Police, Poshraj Pokharel, expressed gratitude for the support, highlighting its potential to improve traffic management and reduce accidents.
