Nepal Life Insurance Company settles claims worth Rs 69.62 Arba by Q1 of current FY; settles 46% of claims within 3 working days of application

Nepal Life Insurance Company has settled the claims worth Rs 69.62 Arba till end of Ashoj, 2080.

The company has so far disbursed the death-related claims to 13,512 customers and their nominees who consist of people both inside and outside Nepal which totals Rs 5.68 arba, as per the media statement.

The company has also settled 93% of the claims until the end of Ashoj and commits to settle the accidental death-related claims in 3 working days and other death-related claims in 7 working days in case of the full documentation. The company was successful in settling 46% of claims within 3 days, 67% of claims in 7 days and 81% of claims within 1 month of the date of submission of complete documentation, as per the media statement.
