Nepal Life Insurance Company (NLIC) Proposes 15.7895% Cash Dividend for FY 2077/78

Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited (NLIC) has proposed a 15.7895% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78.

The 344th meeting of the board of directors held on Bhadra 30 has decided to distribute 15% cash dividend (including 0.7895% tax) from the paid-up capital of Rs. 8.20 Arba. The cash dividend amounts to Rs. 1,29,59,94,719.

Note that this dividend will be distributed only after approval from Beema Samiti and endorsement by the company's upcoming 22nd AGM.

As of writing, the company's last trading day's closing stands at Rs. 636 per share.
