Nepal Life Insurance Company convenes 22nd AGM; endorses 15.7895% cash dividend for its shareholders with endorsement of independent BoD

Nepal Life Insurance Company convened its 22^nd AGM for the FY 2077-78 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Govind Lal Sanghai on Mangsir 8, 2079.

Apart from regular financial reports, The AGM has endorsed the board’s proposal to provide 15.7895% cash dividend worth Rs 1.29 Arba, as per the media statement. The AGM also endorsed the nomination of Ms. Parol Dhakal as the independent BoD of the company,

The life insurance company had raised an insurance premium of Rs 142 Arba, has an investment portfolio of Rs 149.76 Arba during the review period, and is providing its services via 197 branches to 30 lakhs plus customers so far, as per the media statement.
