Nepal Life Concludes Leadership Excellence Awards 2026

Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited has concluded its “Leadership Excellence Awards 2026” as part of its 25th anniversary celebrations under the theme “Everest Year Clouds and Beyond.” The three-day event, held from Bhadra 3 at Hotel Yak & Yeti, Kathmandu, brought together 637 agents and agency managers who delivered strong business performance during the fiscal year 2082/83.

The company recognized top-performing agents and agency managers with medals, certificates and cash prizes, while the best performers across the country received additional recognition and rewards.

Speaking at the event, Nepal Life Director Kamalesh Kumar Agrawal said the company collected more than Rs. 13 billion in first premium income in FY 2082/83, marking a record performance. He attributed the achievement to the efforts and trust of its agents, employees and customers.

As part of its 25-year journey, Nepal Life said its life insurance fund has reached Rs. 285 billion, while total premium collection stands at Rs. 362 billion. The company has issued more than 5.579 million policies and maintained a death claim settlement rate of 99.13%.
