Nepal Life 15th AGM today; to endorse 68% dividend

Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited (NLICL) is holding its 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) today, Jestha 32 at Hotel Viswa in Birgunj at 9:30 am.
The insurance company is set to endorse 60% bonus share and 8% cash dividend from the net profit earned in the last fiscal year 2070/71. The company’s paid up capital will rise to Rs 1.73 arba after issuing bonus share.
The others agendas at the meeting will be the financial highlights of 2070/71 and the appointment of auditor.
