Nepal Investment Mega Bank To Issue Rs. 4.40 Arba Worth "10% NIMB Debenture 2090" from 1st Falgun

Nepal Investment Mega Bank Limited (NIMB) has published an offer letter to issue 40,40,000 units of "10% NIMB Debenture 2090" to the general public.

The debenture with a maturity period of 10 years and a coupon rate of 10% will be open for application from 1st Falgun to 4th Falgun, 2080. If the issue isn't fully subscribed, the deadline can be extended to Falgun 15, 2080.

40.40 lakh units will be issued at a par value of Rs. 1000 per unit. Out of the total units being issued 60% i.e. 24.24 lakh units, the total issue will be subscribed via private placement while the remaining 16.16 lakh units worth Rs. 1.61 Arba will be open for public issue, 5% i.e. 80.80 thousand units will be allocated for mutual funds. It will raise a total of Rs 4.40 Arba from the issuance.

Prabhu Capital Limited is the issue manager. Investors can apply for a minimum of 25 units and a maximum of 10,00,000 units.
