Nepal Investment Mega Bank issues statement to clarify its ongoing controversy with Jhapa-based client

Nepal Investment Mega Bank has expressed its concerns towards the allegedly baseless allegations that are being leveled by its borrower Mr. Rajesh Baskota in his social media towards the bank.

The bank has highlighted that its borrower is giving unnecessary mental torchers to its employees sometimes threatening self-immolation, by kidnapping and physically attacking the employees at other times. The bank has clarified that the bank has halted the disbursement of more instalments of the loan amount because the project progress of Birpakha Resort and Funpark is not at par with the loan agreement. The bank has further clarified that it has already disbursed all the loan amount to Baskota Agro farm, as per the media statement.
