Nepal Investment Bank to distribute 21 % cash dividend warrant from today

Nepal Investment Bank Limited (NIB) is distributing 21% cash dividend to its shareholders from today (Kartik 28, 2073). The commercial bank’s 30^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) had proposed 21 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.  The cash dividend cheque would be distributed from 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM Sunday through Thursday and from 9:30 AM to 12.30 PM on Friday at NIBL Capital Markets Limited, Lazimpat, Kathmandu. The company has published the list stating the distribution date as per the shareholders numbers:

1. Shareholders have to bring original or Photocopy of share certificate along with photocopy of citizenship certificate.
2. Letter of authorization along with photocopy of identity card of authorized person must be presented if the shareholders cannot pick up the bonus share themselves.
3.  Approval letter from concerned bank is mandatory in case of shareholders having their shares as collateral.
4. Shareholders outside Kathmandu valley can collect the cash dividend from their respective branch offices of the commercial bank along with necessary documents.
5. Cash will be directly transferred to the respective Demat A/C of the shareholders who have provided Demat account after listed on Nepal Stock Exchange Limited.
