Nepal Investment Bank extends services to Chunikhel of Budhanilkantha through 8th extension counter
NIBL has opened its 8th extension counter at Budhanilkantha municipality ward no.13, Chunikhel.
Ward Chairman Shree Krishna Shrestha along with the bank’s DGM, Bijendra Suwal jointly inaugurated the new counter today.
“There wasn’t any banks present in the locality so far, so the new counter is believed to benefit the locals for every financial related matter”, says DGM Mr. Suwal.
Located on eastern part of Kathmandu, Budhanilkantha -13 has estimated population of 7000 peoples. Similarly, NIBL has also shifted its existing branch of Gudari Bazar,Barahathawa to new place which is near to Regional Police Office due to high public demand.
NIBL has more than 8.7 lakhs customer base catered from its 77 branches . NIBL has a network of 102 ATMs and leads a consortium 14 Visa Associate banks and 7 NPN member banks. There are almost 1.5 million cards issued by its network, along with 790 ATMs and 2,597 POS terminals.
NIBL recently received the “Nepal’s best bank” award from Euromoney Awards for Excellence -2018. It is the only bank in the country to have received the “Bank of the Year Award” five times from Financial Times Group’s The Banker, a UK based Bank magazine and has received a credit rating [ICRANP-IR] A+ from ICRA Nepal (International Credit Rating Agency- Nepal).
