Nepal Insurance to hold 65th AGM of FY 69/70 on Mangsir 19; No Dividend in offing

One of the oldest insurance companies, Nepal Insurance Company Limited is going to hold its 65th Annual General Meeting on Mangsir 19.
The company has also announced the book closure date from Mangsir 3 to Mangsir 19 for the purpose of AGM.
Only those shareholders who own the shares of the bank till Mangsir will be entitled to attend AGM.
The AGM of insurance is also scheduled to approval of financial statement of FY 2069/70.
