Nepal Insurance Company to convene AGM on Chaitra 21, 2076; Book closure for 7.89% dividend on Chaitra 04, 2076

Nepal Insurance Company (NICL) will be convening its 71st AGM on Chaitra 21, 2076 at Airport Hotel, Sinamangal, Kathmandu from 11 AM onwards. The book closure for the same is on Chaitra 04, 2076. Therefore, shareholders maintained on Chaitra 03, 2076 will be eligible for the meeting.
The company has proposed 5% bonus shares worth Rs 5.47 crore and 2.89% cash dividend worth Rs 3.17 crore for tax purposes. The proposal has been approved by Beema Samiti and has to be approved by the AGM.
The current paid-up capital of NICL stands at Rs 1.09 arba, which after adjusting bonus will reach Rs 1.14 arba.
