Nepal Insurance Company proposes 7.89% dividend; Capital after adjustment to reach Rs 1.14 arba

Nepal Insurance Company (NICL) has proposed 7.78% dividend for its shareholders from the profit of FY 2075/76.
The Board Meeting held on Poush 23, 2076 has decided to propose the following dividend:
Current paid-up capital: Rs 1.09 arba
Bonus shares: 5% worth Rs 5.47 crore
Cash dividend: 2.89% worth Rs 3.17 crore
Total dividend: 7.89% worth Rs 8.64 crore
Paid-up capital after bonus adjustment: Rs 1.14 arba
The proposal is subject to approval from Beema Samiti and the upcoming AGM of the company.
