Nepal Hydro Electric Limited with shareholder Butwal Power Company aims to bring four new agendas on the AGM table

Nepal Hydro & Electric Limited will be conducting its 13^th AGM on 17^th Bhadra, 2075 at 12:15 pm in Club Denovo Hotel, Rupandehi. Even Butwal POwer Company Limited has shares of the mentioned hydro company. The special agendas set are:

• Approval of 10% dividend (5% cash and 5% bonus) from the company
• Increase the authorized paid up capital from Rs 15 crore to Rs 16 crore
• Increase the issued capital from Rs 14 crore to Rs 15 crore 38 lakhs 31 thousand 9 hundred
• Discussion on loan limit
• Reformation of management team aligning to the shareholder Butwal Power Company’s Company Act, 2063 provision no. 77 (2)
