Nepal Hydro Developers endorses 4% bonus from the profit of FY 2074/75

Nepal Hydro Developers Limited (NHDL) has endorsed 4% bonus share from the net profit of fiscal year 2074/75. In addition to the bonus of 4%, cash dividend worth Rs 5 lakh 47 thousand 369 will be floated for tax purposes. The Dividend is still subject to approval from the AGM of the company.
It's paid up capital stands at Rs 26 crore and its reserve fund stands at Rs 2.84 crore in the first quarter of the FY 2075/76. After the adjustment of bonus shares, the capital will reach Rs 27.04 crore.
The LTP of NHDL is Rs 135.
