Nepal Doorsanchar Company and Nepal SBI Bank Distributing Dividend Directly to Shareholders Bank Account

Nepal Doorsanchar Company Limited (NTC) is distributing 40% cash dividends directly to the bank accounts of its shareholders from 29th Poush, 2079 (today).
The company convened its 15th AGM for the FY 2078/79 on Poush 28, 2079. The company endorsed a cash dividend of Rs 40 per share, from the net profit of FY 2078/79. The same cash dividend is now being deposited.
Similarly, Nepal SBI Bank Limited (SBI) is distributing 10.53% of dividends directly to the bank accounts of its shareholders.
The company convened its 29th AGM for the FY 2078/79 on 25th Poush, 2079. The company endorsed a 10.53% dividend worth Rs. 1.03 Arba for the fiscal year 2078/79. The 492nd board of directors meeting on Mangsir 12, 2079 decided to distribute a 10.53% dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 9,82,58,53,113. 3% bonus shares worth Rs. 29,47,75,594 and 7.53% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs 73,98,86,735 were endorsed. The same dividend is now being distributed.
Also, both companies have urged their shareholders to dematerialize their shares if they haven't or are yet to update their bank information in the Demat account are requested to do so in order to receive the dividend.
Additionally, if eligible investors had taken a loan against the shares of the company before the book closure date should present a No Objection Letter from their lending institution in order to receive the dividend.
