Nepal Credit & Commerce Bank (NCCB) calls AGM with these Agendas; When's the Book Closure?

Nepal Credit & Commerce Bank Limited (NCCB) has called its 23rd AGM on Magh 09, i.e. January 22. The meeting will be organized in the company's central office in Bagbazar, Kathmandu, starting from 10 am that day. The meeting will be streamed virtually for investors.
Among other agendas, the AGM will endorse the dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77. NCCB has proposed a 10.81% dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77. The bank has proposed a 0.5405% cash dividend and a 10.2695% bonus shares from the paid-up capital. The paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 9,35,39,16,945. Thus, the cash dividend amounts to Rs. 5,05,57,881 and bonus shares are worth Rs. 96,05,99,735. The cash dividend includes the tax amount for the bonus shares.
The AGM will also approve the amendment of capital (capital adjustment) after the distribution of the bonus share. Furthermore, 3 board members representing the promoters and 3 representing the public investors will be elected. One member of the three elected board members from public investors will be a female.
The book closure date is announced on Poush 21. Thus, investors maintained till that day are entitled to the dividend payout and can also attend the AGM.
