Nepal Credit & Commerce Bank (NCCB) Calls AGM to Endorse 8.42% Dividend

Nepal Credit & Commerce Bank Limited (NCCB) has called its 24th AGM on 29th Poush, 2078. The meeting will be held in Hotel Hardik, Bagbazar, Kathmandu, starting at 11 am that day.

Among other agendas, the AGM will endorse an 8.42% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78. The 873rd meeting of the board of directors held on Mangsir 14 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 10.31 Arba. 8% bonus shares worth Rs. 82.51 crores and 0.42% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs. 4.34 crores have been proposed.

Poush 12 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend payout and can also attend this AGM.

The paid-up capital after dividend adjustment will be Rs. 11,13,96,78,014. As of writing, NCCB has an LTP of Rs. 268.90.
