Nepal Community Development Bank to go public

KATHMANDU, OCt 1:
Butwal based Nepal Community Development Bank (NCDB) will float initial public offering. It has appointed Growmore Merchant Banker to issue the primary shares. The development bank’s chief executive officer Min Bahadur Bohara and Growmore’s general manager Kabindra Dhoj Joshi singed an agreement to float 300,000 unit of ordinary shares.
