Nepal Community Dev. announces AGM on Poush 26; Right shares issuance to approve

Nepal Community Development Bank (NCDB) is going to hold its 5th Annual General Meeting on Poush 26, 2071. Bank has proposed to issue 1:1 right shares, which is subject to be approved by its AGM.
The annual general meeting is schedule on Poush 26 at Manigram party palace and restaurant, Rupendehi at 10 AM. The bank has announced book closure date on Poush 11 to Poush 26.
Other agenda includes the approval of financial statement of FY 2070/71, election of the BOD, extension of operating areas to 10 districts. Only those investors buying shares of the bank till Poush 11 will be entitled to participate and vote in the board election. Bank had issued IPOs on Magh 5, 2070.
