Nepal Clearing House Limited Calls AGM; What are the Agendas?

Nepal Clearing House Limited has called its 9th AGM on 5th Jestha, 2078. The AGM will be streamed virtually from the company's central office in Kamaladi, Kathmandu, starting at 1 pm that day.
Among other agendas, the AGM will endorse the 40% dividend. 38% of the paid-up capital is proposed as bonus shares and 2% in cash dividends.
These are the other usual agendas:
1) Endorsement of fiscal reports of FY 2076/77.
2) Appointment of auditor for FY 2077/78 and approval of their remuneration.
3) Election of three board members from the general investors.
