Nepal Clearing House Limited (NCHL) has called its 11 AGM on 28th Poush, 2079. The meeting will be held in the Hotel Crown Imperial, Ranibhawan, Kathmandu, starting at 4:30 pm that day.
These are the agendas of the AGM:
- Endorsement of financial reports for the fiscal year 2078/79.
- Endorsement of annual reports presented by the Chairman.
- To approve a 2 percent cash dividend worth Rs. 1.13 crores (including tax).
