Nepal Chamber of Commerce urges HoR Speaker to rectify recently proposed amendment in CIAA Act 2048

Nepal Chamber of Commerce has urged the speaker of the House of Representatives Mr. Devraj Ghimire to rectify the recently amended CIAA Act 2048 that provides authority to the CIAA to investigate on the private sector.

The chamber officials have once again urged the government to motivate the private sector by creating business environment, but not to demotivate by bringing the threatening regulations for the private sector which already has different regulating agencies, as per the media statement.
