Nepal Chamber of Commerce urges Finance Minister to withdraw recent directive of SEBON
Nepal Chamber of Commerce has raised its concerns with Finance Minister Dr. Prakash Saran Mahat about the recent provision of SEBON that has restricted the promoters from selling their stock for a year even after exiting the company as its BoD.
Calling out the new policy as impractical and demotivating towards easy mobilization of the capital, the chamber has urged the federal minister to take a prompt decision to resolve this, as per the media statement.
