Nepal Bank virtually convenes its 61st AGM; endorses proposal of 16% dividend to shareholders

Nepal Bank has virtually convened its 61st AGM for the FY 2076-77 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Bashudev Adhikari on Poush 29, 2077.
The AGM has endorsed the board’s proposal to provide 12% bonus shares worth Rs 1.35 arba and a 4% cash dividend worth Rs 45.13 crore to its shareholders from the profit it had made in the previous fiscal year. After the endorsement of the bonus shares, the paid-up capital of the bank will scale up to Rs 12.63 arba.
The AGM also elected Mr. Bibek Shamsher J.B. Rana, Mr. Bishnu Kumar Agrawal, and Mr. Om Krishna Shrestha from EPF as new board members from the public shareholder group, as per the media statement.
