Nepal Bank Provides NPR 5 Lakh Accident Insurance to Late Teacher's Family

Nepal Bank Limited has provided an accident insurance claim of NPR 5 lakh to the family of late Raghunandan Yadav, a teacher from Makawanpur and salary account holder at its Palung branch, who died in a road accident on May 26, 2025. The benefit was part of the bank's salary account insurance provision.

A formal event was held on July 6 to hand over the cheque to his wife, Amira Kumari Yadav. CEO Tilak Raj Pandey expressed condolences and emphasized the bank’s commitment to customer security.

Amira thanked the bank for the prompt support during a difficult time. Nepal Bank continues to serve customers nationwide with over 200 branches, offering a range of banking services and emphasizing digital security, financial inclusion, and responsible growth.
