Nepal Bank promoting entrepreneurship among skill manpower in Chitwan; inks MoU with Ratnanagar Nagarpalika to extend subsidized credit facility

Nepal Bank and Ratnanagar Nagarpalika have entered into an agreement to provide subsidized loans to the skilled residents belonging to the nagarpalika.

The MoU was signed between CEO of the bank Mr. Krishna Bahadur Adhikari and the Mayor of the local unit Mr. Narayan Bun amid a program.

Following this understanding, the bank will extend subsidized credit facility to the skillful human resource from the nagarpalika vicinity who approach the bank to begin enterprises of their own including in the agro sector after receiving a forwarded recommendation from the respective local unit, as per the media statement.

The bank currently provides its services from its 203 branches, 132 ATM outlets and 38 extension counters under its network.
