Nepal Bank observes its 85th anniversary; conducts range of CSR initiatives with clothing and food support to several children and shelter homes in all provinces

Nepal Bank, amid its 85th anniversary, has conducted a range of CSR-related activities.

The bank has conducted a blood donation event at its head office in Bhugolpark, New road on Kartik 26, 2078, where 104 different bank employees and customers stepped up for the blood donation effort.

Likewise, the bank through its province I office has decided to provide necessary ceiling fans and cupboards to Shree Parbati Ma.Vi. located in Sunsari district, necessary chairs for the pilgrims of Kali temple in Sundarharaicha of Morang, province II office decided to provide necessary clothing and fooding support for the residents of Manav Sewa Ashram in Birgunj, and necessary clothing and blanket support to the Dalit settlement of Parsa, Gandaki province office has decided to provide warm clothing and blankets to the residents of Manav Sewa  Ashram in Berauta and Hemja of Pokhara, Lumbini province office decided to provide food support to Butwal based Manav Sewa Ashram, Sudurpashim office decided to provide low beds and warm clothing to Dristi Children Home, food items to Dhangadi based Manav Sewa Ashram and to the Mahendranagar based children home, as per the media statement.

Amid the anniversary special event, the CEO of the bank Mr. Krishna Bahadur Adhikari has felicitated the employees of the bank who have rendered their service for twenty-plus years in the bank, as per the media statement.
