Nepal Bank Limited Pledges Support for Education of Police Personnel's Children

Nepal Bank Limited (NBL) has extended support to the children of martyrs, disabled police personnel, and current/former police officers studying in 9 police schools across Nepal.

A financial assistance of Rs.30 lakh from the bank's Institutional Social Responsibility Fund has been allocated for the establishment of Akshaya Kosh, providing scholarships to top-performing students.

A memorandum of understanding was signed between Nepal Bank Limited and Nepal Police for the "Nepal Bank Limited Educational Scholarship" program.

The event, attended by high-ranking officials including Inspector General of Police Mr. Basanta Bahadur Kunwar and CEO of Nepal Bank Limited Mr. Tilakraj Pandey, showcased the bank's commitment to supporting educational opportunities for police personnel's children.
