Nepal Bank Limited conducting SGM via Zoom; Be informed about the special proposal

Nepal Bank Limited has announced its Special General Meeting to be held on 19th Ashwin, 2077.

The SGM will be conducted online via Zoom. Shareholders will be provided a Zoom ID and passcode to participate in the SGM. The SGM will be streamed live from 11 a.m. via the bank's central office, Dharmapath, Kathmandu. 

The SGM will endorse the amendment of the existing rule. As of now, four board members were appointed by the Nepal government, and two were elected from the general investors. Now, an amendment will be made to keep three board members appointed by the Nepal government and three elected from the general investors. 

For the SGM, Nepal Bank Limited has announced book closure for shareholder registration on Ashwin 08. Existing investors till Ashwin 07 are invited for the SGM.
