Nepal Bank Convenes Its 63rd AGM; Endorses 12% Dividend to Its Shareholders

Nepal Bank convened its 63^rd AGM for the FY 2078-79 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Ganga Prasad Gyawali on Poush 29, 2079.

Apart from the regular financial reports, The AGM endorsed the decision to provide 2% bonus shares worth Rs 28.81 crore and a 10% cash dividend worth Rs 1.44 arba to its shareholders from the profit it had made in the previous fiscal year. The paid-up capital of the bank will scale to Rs 14.69 arba after the capitalization of the proposed bonus shares, as per the media statement.
