Nepal Bank brings into operation its call center; customers can get their banking-related concerns answered right away
Nepal Bank has launched its well-equipped call center to address all the concerns of its customers.
The beginning of the new service was jointly kickstarted by the CEO of the bank Mr. Krishna Bahadur Adhikari and the CEO of the service provider Colours Services Mr. Rupesh Bhakta Shrestha amid a program, as per the media statement.
Customers can now ring the number 01-5971222 to have all their banking-related queries resolved by the customer care service providers of the bank during banking hours, as per the media statement.
The bank currently has 228 branches, 204 ATM outlets and 57 extension counters serving more than 23 lakh customers.
