Nepal Bank 55th AGM today, No dividend to the shareholders

Nepal Bank Limited (NBL) is convening its 55th Annual General Meeting (AGM) today (Ashad 24).The bank’s AGM will be held at Nepal A. P. F Club, Halchowk Kathmandu at 11 AM.

The agendas of AGM include financial highlight of 2070/71, to amend the article of association and the appointment of auditor.

The bank’s net profit declined to Rs 36.06 crore in third quarter of current fiscal year 2071/72 compared to Rs 38.40 crore reported in the corresponding quarter of the fiscal year 2070/71.

Nepal Bank annualized EPS stands at Rs 7.44, net worth per share at Rs 57.35Its last traded price stood Rs 286 as on 8th July in NEPSE.
