Nepal Bangladesh Bank to convene AGM on Poush 26; Bank to work as a stock broker

Nepal Bangladesh Bank Limited (NBB) will be convening its 24^th AGM on Poush 26, 2075. The AGM will be convened in the premises of Rastriya Sabha Griha, Kathmandu at 10:00 AM.

The main agendas of the meeting include:

1. To make amendments in the MoA with the inclusion of subsidiary company for working as a stock broker
2. To make other changes in the MoA and to provide authority to the BOD to make such changes in the future

Other agendas of the meeting include endorsement of audited financial report for the FY 2074/75, appointment of statutory auditor for the FY 2075/76 and distribution of 10.53% cash dividend worth Rs 19.82 crore.

For the purpose of the meeting, the shareholders register book will remain closed on Poush 13 i.e. the shareholders holding the shares till Poush 12 can participate in the AGM and claim 10.53% cash dividend.
