Nepal Bangladesh Bank convenes its 27th AGM; endorses proposal of 15.50% dividend to shareholders with election of 6 new BoDs

Nepal Bangladesh Bank has convened its 27th AGM for the FY 2077-78 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. A.R.M. Sakib on Mangsir 3, 2078.

Apart from the regular financial reports, The AGM has endorsed the board’s proposal to provide 12% bonus shares and 3.50% cash dividend to its shareholders from the profit it had made in the previous fiscal year.

The AGM has also appointed six BoD members Mr. A.R.M. Sakib, Mr. M. Shah Alam Sarbar and Ms. Camron Nahar Ahmad from the promoter shareholder group while Mr. Indra Bahadur Thapa, Ms. Yogita Dahal, and Mr. Aman Shah from the public shareholder group.

The bank currently provides its service from its 100 branches, 10 extension counters, and 84 ATM outlets under its network.
