Nepal Bangladesh Bank brings 10 thousand vials of much-sought-after Remdesivir to Nepal; coordinates with IFIC Bank and Bangladesh government to tackle onslaught of coronavirus

Nepal Bangladesh Bank, through its mother bank IFIC Bank of Bangladesh, has handed over 5000 vials of Remdesivir to Nepal Government to fight the ongoing onslaught of COVID-19 wave 2 in the nation.

The supported drugs were handed over to Honorable Nepal’s Ambassador to Bangladesh Mr. Bamsidhar Mishra on Baisakh 28, 2078, as per the media statement.

The government of Bangladesh has also handed over additional 5000 more vials of remdesiver as a gesture of support to the south Asian neighbor while Nepal Bangladesh Bank had earlier provided 5000 vials drugs to the government to save lives of people who are facing the onslaught of coronavirus, as per the media statement.

The bank currently provides its services via its 99 branches, 8 extension counters and 82 ATM booths under its network.
